Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Evercode (evercode.site), a service for creating dynamic QR codes and short links. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must give a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

You may not use Evercode to link to or distribute:

• phishing, malware, scams or content designed to deceive people;
• illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• spam, or links used to evade another service’s filters.

We check destinations against safety lists and may pause or delete any code that breaks these rules, with or without notice.

Plans, trials and payment

New accounts get a 14-day trial of the Business plan with no card required. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Razorpay, in the currency you choose. Prices shown in Indian rupees include GST where applicable. You can cancel at any time; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not give refunds for partial periods except where the law requires it.

Your codes keep working

If your trial ends or you move to a lower plan, codes you already created keep redirecting. Plan limits only affect creating new codes and some editing features. We may still pause codes that break the acceptable use rules or that belong to accounts closed for abuse.

Availability

We work hard to keep redirects fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Closing your account

You can stop using Evercode at any time. Email us to have your account and codes deleted. Once deleted, printed codes will stop working.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email you before it takes effect.
